Deadline

  • Online Application Form Submission Deadline: May 10, 2025, by 11:59 PM
    Please click the button at the bottom of this page to fill out and submit the online application form.

  • Artwork Drop Off: May 14, 2025 10AM-5PM
    Please print out and include the confirmation page of your online application in your package.

  • Artwork Pick Up: May 21, 2025 10AM-5PM

If submitting multiple entries from a studio in a single box, please ensure that the name, contact information, and group name are included in each package.

Artwork Requirements

• The artwork must have a minimum side length of 5 cm and a maximum side length of 45 cm.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple forms or fragile designs will not be accepted.

• Only ceramic works are eligible.

• The artwork must be an original piece owned by the applicant and must not infringe on any third-party rights.

Image Requirements

• Upload one photograph of the artwork taken from the front with nothing else in the frame.

• Image format: 1000px x 1000px JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 3MB.

• The image file name should include the artist’s name in Roman letters. For example, if the name is John Smith, the file should be named “JOHN_SMITH.jpg”.

Other Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older, regardless of professional or amateur status.

Important Notes

Handling of Artwork

Every effort will be made to handle the artwork with care, but the organizers will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, or loss during shipping.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an entry, applicants are considered to have agreed to all conditions outlined in these application guidelines.

Liability

The organizers will not be liable for any damages incurred by the applicants due to their participation in this contest. If any third-party complaints, claims of rights infringement, or damage claims arise concerning the submitted work, the organizers will not be held responsible, and the applicant will be required to handle the situation.

Organizer’s Rights

The organizers will have the perpetual, non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, present, publicly transmit, display, print, distribute, and screen winning works, without needing the winner’s permission and without compensation, for the purpose of promoting the contest and related exhibitions. The organizers may also announce the names of the winners and their works at exhibitions related to this contest.

If the organizers determine that an entry violates the guidelines, the submission will be invalid. No notification will be sent regarding the invalidation of an entry. If a winner is disqualified after the announcement, the organizers reserve the right to revoke the award and request the return of any prizes.

Privacy Policy

When submitting a work to this contest, applicants must provide accurate personal information to the organizers. Applicants should decide to provide personal information at their own discretion. If the necessary personal information is not provided, the organizers will not accept the application.

The personal information provided will be used within the scope necessary for the following purposes:

  • Notification of winners

  • Communication of matters related to the contest

  • Inquiries regarding the submitted work

  • The names of the winners will be published in printed materials and other media related to the contest when introducing the winning works.
